Please note the following:
Spaces are limited. We will review applications on a first come first served basis. You must include proposed menu and picture of your set up/truck with application. If you are selected to participate, you will receive notification via email.
We are accepting applications for the following:
$225 - All Day Food Vendor Fee (8:30 AM - 8:30 PM Service Hours)
*All Day Vendors MUST have breakfast foods from 8:30 - 11AM)
$175 - Daytime Fee (11AM - 8:30 PM Service Hours)
A complete application includes:
A proposed menu (we are an exclusive event - menu must be approved)
An insurance certificate including Rose Arts Festival Committee and Damm Creative, LLC as additional insured
Current UNCAS Health District certificate
All of the above is required to participate in the Rose Arts Festival. If you do not have an UNCAS Health District permit, apply for a temporary permit here. Your spot IS NOT confirmed until your menu is approved, all required permits and insurances are provided and invoice is paid in full.
