Please note the following:
Spaces are limited and are not guaranteed upon completion of this form. We will review applications on a first come first served basis. Your application does not guarantee your spot. If vendor spots are filled at the time your application is received your application will go on the waiting list. You will receive confirmation by email that your space is confirmed for the 2026 festival.
All vendor spaces are 10 x 10 corner spots as they will be set up in groups of 4. You are required to bring your own tent and fixtures (tables, chairs, signage, etc) as these will NOT be provided for you. We have a limited number of spots that will be able to access electricity.
This application is for the following vendors:
Non-Profit (501c3), Handcrafted or Arts: $75
Corporate and Re-sale: $500
(Re-sale means you have purchased goods that you will be reselling for a profit)
Electricity (Optional): + $30 per spot
A complete application includes:
Submission of this form
An insurance certificate including Rose Arts Festival Committee and Damm Creative, LLC as additional insured (Details in application)
Payment of application fee
All of the above is required to participate in Vendor Village at Rose Arts at Chelsea Parade. Your submission IS NOT confirmed until we've received your complete application inclusive of your COI and payment. If you do not have an annual insurance policy, a single day policy will be required.
