2026 RTIA Show - Heart of Reno Independent Artist Application

The 'Heart of Reno' showcase will feature independent artists currently living and working in greater Reno Tahoe. This applies to artists located in and around Reno and Tahoe or up to 60 minutes drive from these locations. Heart of Reno will also include 'Foundations' featuring independent artists who are originally from Reno Tahoe and have since moved away. Heart of Reno booths are constructed of 4'W x 8'H wood art panels. Each panel includes (1) par 38 LED light. All Heart of Reno artists are required to submit an application to participate in the RTIA Show 2026. Final configuration is at the sole discretion of RTIA Show management.

2026 Heart of Reno Independent Artist Application

Heart of Reno booths are constructed of 4'W x 8'H wood art panels. Each panel includes (1) par 38 LED light. The smallest booth is a single 4'W x 8'H art panel that will present as an 'end cap' to a larger configuration of walls [See past fair photos for reference].

2026 Payment Plan

25% deposit due upon acceptance [for applications submitted Nov 2025-Jan 2026 only]

50% due 1/30/2026 [or upon acceptance for applications submitted after Jan 30, 2026]

100% due 6/30/2026

NOTE: Invoices will be digital and sent via email. All payments may be made online (with WIX processing fee) or via check to avoid the Wix fee - details will be included with each invoice. No refunds after 1/30/2025.

Space Agreement

If accepted into the show, artists will be required to sign a Space Agreement contract, which will be sent following acceptance and first invoice. Exhibitors will also be asked to provide appropriate high resolution imagery of work examples for marketing purposes within two weeks of acceptance. This is required. At the show, artists will also be asked to follow the 2026 Aesthetic Standards for booth curation. Please be sure to look through carefully in order to plan your space accordingly as these standards will be closely monitored.
