Booth Configurations
Booths are in-line, peninsula and island configurations and include 10'H art walls. In-line spaces all have a 10’ deep footprint and offer two options in side wall length: 4’ deep or 10’ deep sidewalls. Booth space sizes are 10’x 10’, 10’ x 20’ and 10’ x 30’. Peninsula and island locations include 10’ H walls on three sides. Any customization of spaces needs to be addressed with management ASAP and is subject to a charge of $460 per additional panel (or a reduction of $460 if panels are removed). Final floor plan will be released summer 2025.

25% deposit due upon acceptance [applications submitted Nov 2025-Jan 2026 only]
50% deposit due Jan 30, 2026 [applies to applications submitted after Jan 30, 2026]
100% due 6/30/2026
NOTE: Invoices will be digital and sent via email. All payments may be made online (with WIX processing fee) or via check to avoid processing fee- details will be included with each invoice. No refunds after 1/30/2026.
What's included:
All booths (excluding end cap walls) are 10' deep footprint. Booths include (1) par 38 LED light per 4'W panel. Booth reservation includes placement in the printed Buyer's Guide, on the RTIA website and social as well as possible inclusion in the national print and digital media campaigns. RTIA takes no commission on sold work for Galleries & Studios. *Beginning in 2026, the RTIA point of sale service will incur a 10% fee per transaction.
What's not included:
Exhibitors who choose to paint or draw on walls will be charged $5 per running linear foot. Walls coverings or stickers left on the walls following the close of show will incur a fee of $7 per running linear foot. Once the exhibitor packet is released in July 2026, the following will be available for reservation:
- Padded chair ($10/ea), round cocktail table- low or high- ($20/ea), 2-seat and 3-seat sofas ($30-50/ea), coffee table ($20/ea), cushioned arm chair ($20/ea), folding table ($100/ea), additional lights ($25/ea), pedestals (limited availability- pricing to be released July 2025)
POWER & ADDITIONAL LIGHTS: Exhibitors are welcome to bring their own additional lighting to fit on the overhead tracks- These must be compatible with Halo Power-Trac systems. Exhibitors looking to rent additional lighting can do so by request for $35/light. Exhibitors are encouraged to use battery packs for small devices like laptops and phones. Power can be brought to an exhibitor’s booth or floor space for a fee of $100.
Space Agreement
Accepted exhibitors will be required to sign a Space Agreement contract. Exhibitors will also be asked to provide appropriate high resolution imagery of work examples for marketing purposes. Marketing materials are expected to be received within two weeks of acceptance. Final placement and configuration is at the sole discretion of RTIA Show management. Please review the 2026 Aesthetic Standards which will be referenced again in the Space Agreement.
