No Empty Plates

A little help for your Thanksgiving table.

Hey neighbors — Thanksgiving can stretch a household’s budget. If a little extra support would help this year, tell us about your household or nominate someone you know.

Dates to remember

NOV 7 · Nominations close

Tell us about your household and upload proof of where you live.

NOV 13 · Fundraising closes & notifications

We’ll reach out to selected households once enough donations and groceries are in place.

NOV 21 · Confirmed pickup, 10 a.m.–1 p.m.

If you’re selected, please reply to accept. We’ll confirm your pickup before you come by. We can’t accommodate walk-ins.

We’re a small, community-supported organization. How many households we can include depends on what our neighbors help us raise and gather. Filling out this form doesn’t reserve groceries.

If selected, please bring a simple thank-you note for the folks who helped make this possible. A few handwritten words are welcome. You can also help by liking and sharing our campaign posts.

05 Before you send

I’ve shared a reliable way to reach this household and, if I’m nominating someone else, have their permission to be contacted.

I understand groceries depend on donations and availability. If selected, I’ll reply to accept and wait for pickup confirmation before coming. No walk-ins.

If the family is selected, I understand that No Empty Plates is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or unforeseen circumstances that may occur during pickup or meal preparation.

If selected, I’ll bring a simple thank-you note for the people who helped make this possible.
