In consideration of the acceptance and right to participate, entrants and spectators by execution of this entry form, release and discharge the Whitesboro Area Chamber of Commerce, Peanut Festival, City of Whitesboro, Frank's Towing, Frank's Body Shop, Southern Cross Car Club, and anyone else connected with its management or presentation of the 60th Annual Peanut Festival Car Show and all events which occur at such event from any and all known and unknown damages, injuries, losses, judgment, and/or claims from any cause whatsoever that may be suffered by an entrant or spectator to his/her person or property. Further, each entrant/spectator agrees to indemnify all the foregoing entities, firms, persons of any and all liability occasioned or resulting from the conduct of entrants or any participant arising or cooperating with entrant and under the direction or control of the entrant. It is understood that this car show will continue RAIN OR SHINE and no refunds will be given. Proceeds benefit the Grayson County Children's Advocacy Center.
