Vendor Booth space rental is first come (PAID)/ first served.
Vendor Booth application must be signed and presented with full payment to the Chamber office at time of Vendor Booth reservation. If registering online, an invoice will be emailed to you within 2 business days of registration.
All applications are subject to the approval of the Board of Directors. The Whitesboro Area Chamber of Commerce and its Board of Directors have the right to decline a vendor booth application at their discretion.
Festival hours are 8AM - 4PM CST.
Vehicle access to the booth space area is ONLY allowed BEFORE 7:30AM and AFTER 4PM. If booth is not set up and ready by 8AM, the booth will be considered a forfeit by the renter. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Absolutely NO tear downs of booths until 4PM, unless otherwise instructed by the Peanut Festival Committee Chairman or the Executive Director of the Chamber of Commerce. This announcement is made at stage areas and only due to inclement weather or an emergency deemed reasonable by Emergency Services.
Food Court Booths are the ONLY booths allowed sell or give away drinks of any kind on festival grounds.
Any WEAPONS (including, but not limited to knives, guns, Chinese throwing stars, sling shots and potato guns) can ONLY be sold to persons 18 and older. If caught selling these items to anyone younger than 18, the booth will be closed immediately, with no refund given. Vendor is responsible for following all State and Federal laws.
The following items are NOT allowed for sale or give-away during festival: stink bombs, drug paraphernalia, any items sold or signage displaying drug emblems, inappropriate language, and/or nudity.
No alcoholic beverages may be brought into the festival grounds. Whitesboro Area Chamber of Commerce is the only organization allowed to sell any and all alcoholic beverages and they will be sold and consumed in a designated area only. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Each vendor is required to clean up booth area prior to vacating the space. SUBJECT TO FEE IF NOT CLEANED.
The applicant is responsible for the booth space and cannot sub-lease or sublet the space to other parties without the permission of the festival committee.
Changes in products to be sold and/or given away must be approved by the festival committee by September 30th.
Due to the amount of advertising and planning by Whitesboro Area Chamber of Commerce in preparation for the Peanut Festival, the event will continue RAIN OR SHINE.
NO REFUNDS AFTER SEPTEMBER 30TH.
All spaces will be on concrete or asphalt.
Booth space measurements are STRICTLY ENFORCED. Your booth set up, including TENT, DISPLAYS, TABLES, TRAILER AND TRAILER TONGUE must fit COMPLETELY WITHIN your reserved space(s). If you are larger than your allotted area, you may be relocated if space is available (subject to increased fee) or asked to leave.
NO REFUNDS. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Electricity is available in limited areas. Where available, we provide 120V/15amp standard receptacles (1 per booth). Food court vendors have 240V/50amp 4-wire RV plugs. Please contact the Chamber Office prior to application with any questions. We will not issue refunds for any misunderstanding regarding electricity. ABSOLUTELY NO GENERATORS ALLOWED.
If you have an emergency or require assistance during festival hours, go to the Chamber of Commerce Information Booth located at the corner of Main Street and Center Street.
All raffles, ticket sales, and give-aways must be approved by the Peanut Festival Committee upon application.
