A minimum of 20 participants is required for this journey. Please be aware that if the number of travelers participating in the Nepal portion is lower than anticipated, an additional fee of up to $650 USD per person may be required to offset group travel expenses.
Given the current uncertainties in both local and international markets, Prices provided in this document are subject to change due to possible fluctuations, which may be unavoidable, in the purchasing costs of all products required for the execution of the program from our various suppliers. If necessary, we will update the prices in due time.
All rates provided today remain subject to potential increases in fuel prices, government taxes, VAT, tolls, hotels, boats and other fees before the group's arrival. In the event of increases, the prices in this quotation will be revised accordingly, changes will be communicated promptly for approval. WE do not expect an increase but in the case there is a drastic change in expenses there will be a maximum charge $500 US Dollars.
Registration and Due Dates:
A non-refundable deposit of $1500.00 is required with your Registration Form to secure your space.
The remaining payments are due as follows:
50% of the balance due is required by Nov. 12th 2027.
The final remaining balance is required by Dec. 23rd, 2027.
Payment for a private room upgrade (if available) is also required by Nov. 12th, 2027.

Deposit and Late Payment Policy
Deposit Policy: The $1500.00 deposit is non-refundable, except on an exceptional, case-by-case basis. It will be fully refunded only if we cancel the trip for any reason.
Cancellation Policy
Participant Cancellation: All participant cancellations must be submitted in writing to Freedom Folk and Soul. The effective date of your cancellation is the date it is received.
More than 100 days prior to departure/event start: Full refund (or credit) of payments made to Freedom Folk and Soul, minus the non-refundable deposit.
Prior to 60 days prior to departure/event start: 50% refund (or credit) of payments made to Freedom Folk and Soul, minus the non-refundable deposit and any additional expenses pre-paid to third-party suppliers (e.g., lodging, transportation).
60 days or less prior to departure/event start: No refunds will be issued for payments received. No refunds will be issued for any unused portions of a trip or event.
Late Payments: If the final payment is one week late without prior arrangements, a late fee of $100.00 may be assessed. We reserve the right to cancel enrollment without a refund if the final payment is not completed two weeks after the due date.
