I understand that the program deposit is non-refundable and that the remaining balance is due two weeks prior to the offering start date. At that time, all payments become non-refundable.

If Freedom Folk and Soul changes the dates or cancel the offering for any reason, I will be offered a full refund or credit. Any amount paid beyond the deposit may be applied as a credit toward another offering if we are notified more than two weeks prior to the start date.
