Marketing Materials & Banners

Banners:

• Please send us banners for the match! If this is your first time sponsoring or you haven't sent banners in a couple years, please send them to us! We want every sponsor represented out on the stages.

  
  

• All banners sent for the Memorial 3 Gun Competition will stay with the foundation for further use at future events. If you’re in need of the banners back at the end of the match you will be required to obtain the banners at the end of the match on Sunday before the memorial service.

Sponsor Logos:

We are requesting all sponsors to upload a current logo even if you have provided a logo in the past. This will ensure we have your latest logo with the best quality. Vector images are preferred for best resolution quality.

Matchbook Ads:

ANY TIER may purchase ad space for a cash donation!

Any sponsor already receiving a complementary ad per their sponsorship tier may also upgrade to a larger ad size for an additional donation. See the sponsor packet for more information!

Platinum Tier Sponsors- Complimentary Full-page

Gold Tier Sponsors- Complimentary Half-Page

Red Tier Sponsors- Complimentary Quarter-page.

All matchbook ads should be 300 DPI resolution and in JPEG, PNG or EPS format. Please submit the correct size and orientation for your ad.

We are asking sponsors that would like to participate to give us a unique promo code that we can put in our matchbook. 

We appreciate your sponsorship and would like to encourage our supporters to patronize your business. This is available to ALL sponsors regardless of tier sponsorship. We ask that you send us your promo code by Friday, August 28, 2026, to comply with matchbook design/production timelines. (Only promo codes provided by confirmed sponsors will be printed in our matchbook. We will not accept codes from Non-sponsors.)
