2026 Canadian Space Health Research Symposium Abstract Submission

Please complete all required fields to submit your abstract for consideration. Deadline to submit an abstract is October 15th, 2026. If you would like to be considered for the Travel Award, please check the corresponding box in the form. Travel awards are available to both undergraduate and graduate students (affiliated with a Canadian institution) who would like to attend the Canadian Space Health Research Symposium and have limited funds to cover travel expenses. Awardees have receive $1000 if traveling from outside the province in which the symposium take place, and $500 if traveling within the same province. To be considered for a travel award, applicants are required to confirm and indicate their eligibility during the abstract submission process (no additional application required).

Deadline to apply for the 2026 Symposium Travel Award is September 15th, 2026.

Travel award applications will be evaluated based on the scientific merit of the research study presented at the symposium, with priority given to members of underrepresented groups. Each award will cover transportation, accommodation, and registration (details will be determined with the awardees following email confirmation of the awards).
