Thank you for supporting the Kokomo Art Association’s Scarecrow Fundraiser! Please complete the form below to reserve your scarecrow sponsorship.

Scarecrow locations are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

I understand that downtown businesses are granted a priority of their location directly in front of their storefront. If sponsorship is not confirmed within two weeks of initial notification, I acknowledge the location will be released for general sponsorship on a first-come, first-served basis.

Embellishment Choice

Scarecrow embellishment workshop will be on Saturday, August 29, 2026, from 11 am - 3 pm at Fired Arts Studio, located at 111 W. Sycamore.

I will embellish my scarecrow at the Sponsor Workshop (we will email you details!)

Kokomo Art Association will embellish my scarecrow on my behalf.

Agreement

By submitting this form, I understand that:

Scarecrows will be displayed outdoors and exposed to the weather.
Placement is subject to availability and City approval.
Sponsorships are non-refundable once the scarecrow order is placed.
Photos may be used for promotional purposes.
