We put pride in the work that we do and make every attempt to ensure every load is delivered on time, and as agreed.
This agreement ensures the Broker agrees to pay Carrier a $150.00 Truck Not Used (TNU) fee if Carrier has been dispatched/confirmed for the load and the load is cancelled, unavailable, or unable to be loaded for reasons outside Carrier’s control, including but not limited to:
Vehicle not ready / not available / not released
Wrong information provided (dimensions, weight, condition, inoperable status, access restrictions)
Shipment refused, rescheduled, or cancelled after dispatch
Site closure or shipper inability to load within the confirmed pickup window
Any other shipper/consignee/broker-caused failure to tender the freight as confirmed
Conditions for Payment:
The $150 TNU applies when Carrier arrives at pickup, or is en route and has incurred time/operational costs.
Payment Method:
The TNU fee will be invoiced as: “TNU Fee – Load #[Load Number]” and is due per Broker’s standard payment terms, or within 15 days of invoice receipt.
Acceptance:
By signing below, Broker acknowledges and agrees to the $150 TNU fee terms for this load.
