Hello and Welcome!

This form is being used to collect contact information for those who wish to attend our monthly Transgender/Non-binary Support Group. We will use your email to send you the Google Meet link on the day of the Meeting.

If you wish to subscribe to the website, then you will also receive emails when we publish a new Blog Post and/or if we offer exclusive content to subscribers only.

**You do not need to be local to Iowa to take part in the Support Group. We welcome anyone in the U.S. to take part. In the future we may expand internationally, but at this time we have not**
