This Business Collaboration Agreement Contract is established by
GI Jack and Jane and is intended to promote strong business relationships, successful project execution, and ongoing progress through consistent and professional meeting practices.
By signing this Agreement, the undersigned entity (“Engaging Party”) agrees to adhere to the meeting guidelines, policies, and terms set forth by GI Jack and Jane.

2. MEETING FREQUENCY AND ATTENDANCE
Quarterly Commitment:
The Engaging Party agrees to participate in meetings on a quarterly basis, with a minimum of two (2) meetings per calendar quarter, as scheduled by GI Jack and Jane. Failure to participate in the minimum required number of meetings within a quarter will result in a fee of $2,000.00.
Lateness:
If the Engaging Party is running two (2) or more hours late on the day of a scheduled meeting, the meeting will be automatically rescheduled.
Missed Meetings:
Any meeting missed by the Engaging Party without prior notice will result in an invoice of $250.00.
3. RESCHEDULING POLICIES
Individual Meetings:
More than two (2) consecutive reschedules of an individual meeting by the Engaging Party will result in a $500.00 fee applied to the third reschedule.
Group Meetings (More Than One Participant):
No more than one (1) reschedule is permitted for meetings requiring attendance from multiple participants.
Failure of Group Attendance:
If a rescheduled group meeting does not occur with all required participants present from the Engaging Party, GI Jack and Jane may proceed with the meeting with those available. In such cases, attendees are responsible for sharing notes and action items with those not in attendance.
4. PAYMENT TERMS
Payment Due Date:
All fees incurred under this Agreement are due within thirty (30) days from the invoice date.
Method of Payment:
Payments may be made by Check or Direct Deposit, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by GI Jack and Jane.
5. GENERAL TERMS
Good Faith Participation:
The Engaging Party agrees to participate in meetings in good faith and to respect the time, structure, and objectives established by GI Jack and Jane.
Amendments:
This Agreement may be amended only by a written document signed by GI Jack and Jane.
Entire Agreement:
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding regarding meeting engagement requirements and supersedes any prior discussions or agreements related to this subject.
6. Review and Approval Clause
The Accounts Payable Vendor System shall be subject to verification and validation by the undersigned, including confirmation of accuracy, operational viability, and ease of implementation, prior to execution of this Agreement. Such review is intended solely to facilitate an efficient approval process and to support future operational and administrative procedures, and shall not be construed to impose undue burden upon the signee, provided that the signee shall reasonably cooperate in connection with such review.
7. ACCEPTANCE AND SIGNATURE
By signing below, the Engaging Party acknowledges that it has read, understands, and agrees to comply with the terms of this Collaboration Agreement Contract with GI Jack and Jane.
