Please submit the below handover form for any EDR clients who are continuing sessions with you on a self-funded basic. Sessions are charged to clients at £40.00 each for online or telephone and £50.00 each for face-to-face.

Please note, due to SLA's in place with -INN, their clients are unable to continue self-funded through our service.
