Sponsorship Criteria Includes:
Event must have directly engage with, advertise or promote, or be physically located in N. Barstow BID (please inquire with DECI at hello@downtowneauclaire.org for questions).
Sponsorship amounts will be guided but not guaranteed by anticipated event attendance:
250 or fewer attendees: up to $250
250 - 500 attendees: up to $500
500 - 1,000+: up to $1,000
*The BID Board reserves the right to have final discretion on funding decisions.
Sponsorship Request Ineligibility:
Incomplete and/or late applications
Organizations that discriminate against individuals based on race, color, creed, gender, national origin or sexual orientation
Political organizations
Funds that would be used for staffing or administrative costs
Events that are solely religious in nature or private to specific members or groups
If you receive sponsorship from the N. Barstow BID, you agree to the following:
Terms and expectations set in the application.
Sign and return sponsorship agreement.
Submit invoice and completed W-9 form (no payments will be made until items 1-3 are completed).
Filling out and submitting post event questionnaire. To be completed and returned to DECI no later than two weeks after event completion.
