Crafted Art Club – Terms & Conditions and Liability Waiver

This Event Agreement, hereinafter referred to as “Agreement” is entered into and made effective as of October 5, 2025 by and between Khaos Creates Inc., a corporation incorporated under the laws of the State of Florida, (d/b/a) Crafted Art Club, having its principal place of business as 4833 Coconut Creek Parkway, Coconut Creek, FL 33063 and Event Participants, hereinafter referred to as “Participant(s)” or any individual registering for, attending, or participating in any Crafted Art Club event, workshop, class, or activity.
