I understand that this early arrival camping location is not owned, operated, or staffed by Vegan Wellness Retreat, and is a privately owned property made available to guests.

I acknowledge that Sarah and Chase and the Vegan Wellness Retreat team will not be on site during early arrival camping and that I am responsible for my own safety, belongings, and conduct.

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with camping on this property and agree to release and hold harmless Vegan Wellness Retreat, its organizers, speakers, and affiliates from any liability, injury, loss, or damage that may occur.

I agree to respect the property, observe quiet hours, and follow any posted guidelines.

I understand that this off-site early arrival camping area is rustic, with limited bathroom access and no on-site showers, and that I must vacate the property by Sunday, June 14th at 4:00 PM.
