Assumption of Risk
I understand and acknowledge that participation in fitness activities—including but not limited to strength training, weightlifting, group classes, bootcamps, personal training, boxing, HIIT, Pilates, and special events—involves inherent risks. These risks may include, but are not limited to, muscle strains, sprains, broken bones, heart complications, dizziness, dehydration, or other injuries.
I voluntarily choose to participate in these activities and assume all risks associated with my participation, whether known or unknown.
