RETREAT RULES

PAYMENT TERMS

Payment with credit/debit card includes nonrefundable (NR) credit/debit card (CC) fees.

Payment with Venmo/cash/check will not require NR CC fees, but still requires a credit/debit card on file to be used if payment is 5 days late, in which case NR CC fee of about 3% will be added.

I authorize AnnaKateFitnessRetreats to charge my credit/debit card for the following amounts:

Payment in full must be complete by May 10, 2026. We will email you the exact due dates for the payment plan selected above.

If you have made arrangements with Anna Kate to make payments by Venmo/cash/check on designated due dates, you must still provide a credit/debit card as backup (below). If a payment is 5 days late, the credit/debit card will automatically be charged for the amount due plus 3% in nonrefundable credit card fees.

If you're paying by Venmo/cash/check, your total price will be $2,815. Or if you have been on a retreat with AnnaKateFitnessRetreats before and you will pay by Venmo/cash/check, your total price will be $2,534 (10% off).

RELEASE OF LIABILITY

Under the terms of this Agreement and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, I do hereby release and forever discharge AnnaKateFitnessRetreats LLC, including their agents, employees, successors and assigns, and their respective heirs, personal representatives, affiliates, successors, and assigns, and any persons, firms or corporations liable or who might be claimed to be liable, whether or not herein named, none of whom admit any liability to the undersigned, but all expressly denying liability, from any claims, demands, damages, actions, causes of action or suits of any kind or nature whatsoever, which now have or may hereafter have, arising out of or in any way relating to any injuries and damages of any and every kind, both person and property and also any injuries and damages that may develop in the future, as a result of or in any way relating to the liability. It is understood and agreed that this Release is made and received in complete settlement and satisfaction of the causes of action, claims, and demands mentioned herein; that this Release contains the entire agreement between the undersigned and AnnaKateFitnessRetreats LLC; and that the terms of this Release are contractual and not merely a recital.

This Release shall be binding upon the undersigned and their respective heirs, executors, administrators, personal representatives, successors, and assigns.

We recommend that you purchase travel liability insurance when you buy your flight.

I hereby release and forever discharge AnnaKateFitnessRetreats LLC for the following activities:

FITNESS RETREAT IN COSTA RICA ON JULY 8-14, 2026, AND TRAVEL TO/FROM THE RETREAT

REFUND POLICY

I understand that I can get a 100% refund (not incl nonrefundable fees) until 7 days after my first payment.

I understand that I can get a 50% refund (not incl nonrefundable fees) until Mar 14, 2026, and that refund will only be made to the original payment method/card.

I understand that I will get no refund after Mar 14, 2026.

I understand that I can give my reservation to another person if I need to cancel after Mar 14, 2026.
