Important Information About Journey Pricing
This is a very special journey, and we will be visiting unique locations that require a private bus rentals. Because of the complexity and cost of curating this experience, there is an important pricing stipulation to be aware of.
To make this journey possible, a minimum of 8 participants is required.
If the group has fewer than 13 participants, an additional fee—up to $500—will be applied to cover costs.
Additional Fee Structure:
12 participants: +$100 per person
11 participants: +$200 per person
10 participants: +$300 per person
9 participants: +$400 per person
8 participants: +$500 per person
We truly appreciate your understanding, as this structure ensures that the journey can take place without compromising the experience.
While we fully expect to reach 13 participants, we cannot guarantee it. By registering, you acknowledge and accept this pricing stipulation.
Important:
If you choose to purchase flights before we have confirmed that the minimum number of participants has been met, please ensure that your tickets are refundable.
Registration and Due Dates:
A non-refundable deposit of $900.00 is required with your Registration Form to secure your space.
The remaining payments are due as follows:
50% of the balance due is required by Sept. 7th, 2026.
The final remaining balance is required by Oct 7th 2026.
Payment for a private room upgrade (if available) is also required by Sept 7th, 2026.

Credit Card: We can process credit cards directly, but there is a 3% service charge.
PayPal: There is also a 3% service charge that will be added.

Checks and Money Orders:. Please make checks payable to Freedom Folk and Soul and send to 1213 Fernbank Ave, Nashville, TN 37115. (Checks must arrive by the due date).
Deposit and Late Payment Policy
Deposit Policy: The $900.00 deposit is non-refundable, except on an exceptional, case-by-case basis. It will be fully refunded only if we cancel the trip for any reason.
Late Payments: If the final payment is one week late without prior arrangements, a late fee of $100.00 may be assessed. We reserve the right to cancel enrollment without a refund if the final payment is not completed two weeks after the due date.
We strongly recommend trip cancellation insurance.
At a minimum medical insurance that covers international travel is required for this journey.
Full travel insurance is highly recommended. Proper coverage can allow you to receive a full refund from your insurance provider if dates change, or in the event of illness, family emergency, or similar circumstances.
Many insurers require that coverage be purchased within 10–30 days of paying your deposit to qualify for full benefits—please confirm this with your provider.
Some airlines offer insurance when purchasing flights; this may provide adequate medical coverage, lost baggage etc. but this insurance does not cover the cost of the trip.
We recommend researching plans through your travel agent, AAA, or a reputable provider such as Travel Guard. Freedom Folk and Soul is not responsible for inadequate or insufficient coverage.
