ARC Incident & Damage Reporting Form

Urgent safety and security incidents should be reported verbally to an ARC Committee Member as soon as possible.

Please use this form to report incidents, near misses and property damage involving ARC members, property or facilities. This includes:

• On-water rowing, including regattas & training

• Off-water activities, including gym, club facilities, transport

• Bar & clubroom including social events, private functions

• Hazards which have potential to cause harm or damage

• Security incidents (theft, break-ins, vandalism)

The following events must also be reported to RowingSA, separately and in addition to this form - see Incident reporting - Rowing South Australia.

• All on-water incidents (any location in SA)

• All incidents occurring at a RowingSA venue or event

• Hazards identified at a RowingSA venue
