I hereby grant Fresno TNR permission to use my name, image, likeness, voice, and any photographs, videos, or recordings of me in any and all media, including but not limited to print publications, websites, social media platforms, promotional materials, and fundraising campaigns.

I understand that I will not receive any compensation for the use of my image or likeness, and I waive any rights to inspect or approve the finished product or any written copy that may be used in connection therewith.

I do not give my permission for photographs.
