Payment secures your order for a custom hand drawn or painted pet portrait.
Digital artworks will be delivered to you at the email address you provided above by the date specified on the quote. Paintings and physical drawings will be shipped by Australia Post by the date specified. the quote.
The artwork will be in the style of the artist. The artist will provide progress images by email to seek your input. Work may progress even if feedback if feedback is not received. Minor revisions and adjustments are accepted during the work process. Major adjustments may incur an additional fee.
Should the customer be dissatisfied with the image or adjustments made during the production process and elect to cancel their order, a partial refund of up to 50% of the purchase amount may be offered. This is dependent on customer engagement through the process, and the amount of work done prior to cancellation.
The artist will retain the right to use the full resolution image for their portfolio, marketing and for printed products for sale to the public.
