Beatball Group Participant Waiver MINOR/MINORS

In order to enter the Beatball Venue and participate in Beatball related Recreational Sports and activities, use any of the facilities, equipment, and any other goods or services (collectively referred to as “Recreational Activities”) provided by Beatball Group Pty Ltd, or their agents, owners, directors, managers, affiliates, volunteers, employees, representatives, and all other persons or entities acting in any capacity on their behalf (collectively referred to as “Beatball Group”), I understand, acknowledge and agree to abide by the following.

I agree to adhere to the Beatball Group Terms and Conditions of Sale displayed at the Beatball Group website https://www.beatball.com.au/terms-and-conditions, the general Centre Safety Rules and all Area Specific Safety Rules and Restrictions posted throughout the Venue, as well as, any instructions given by Beatball Group.

I assume the risk of participating in the recreational activities provided by Beatball Group and I am voluntarily electing to participate for the purpose of recreation and leisure, despite the inherent risks of the recreational activities.

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read and understand the Beatball Group Terms and Conditions of Sale.

I am accepting these terms on my behalf and any minor (under 18 years of age) accompanying me to participate in the recreational activities at Beatball Group. If I am not the parent or guardian of the minor that I am accompanying, then I concede that I have approval from the parent or guardian for the minor to participate in the recreational activities at Beatball Group.

You have the right to request that you sign a paper copy instead. By checking here, you are waiving that right. After consent, you may, upon written request to us, obtain a paper copy of an electronic record. No fee will be charged for such copy and no special hardware or software is required to view it. Your agreement to use an electronic signature with us for any documents will continue until such time as you notify us in writing that you no longer wish to use an electronic signature. There is no penalty for withdrawing your consent. You should always make sure that we have a current email address in order to contact you regarding any changes, if necessary.
