No shoes allowed, socks are required for everyone.
A $50 Non-refundable deposit is required to book your party.
No Cancellations- you may change the date of party up to 21 days before with no loss
of deposit.
We are a nut free facility, if nut products are present, there will be a $50 cleaning fee.
You are required to throw all trash in the supplied bin at the end of the party- if the party room is left in disarray (excluding floors) there will be a $25 cleaning fee.
Please note that our playroom is designed for children up to 8 years of age or 52” in height. Taller children will not be allowed to play on the ride on toys or play structures.
Additional time available upon request. 1h at $75, 30min at $40.
No piñatas, tape on the walls, moving furniture or decor, glitter, or glitter dresses, large structures, frames, or any heating or warming devices.
Bookings not accepted more than 6 months in advance.
Any given availability is valid for 24 hours, confirmed booking requires a $50 deposit.
No face painting.
All children must have a waiver signed by their guardian/caretaker.
Outside food is allowed, warming devices are not allowed.
Custom decor requests must be made 10 days in advance.
Absolutely no alcohol allowed on the premises.
A staff member will call the week of the party to confirm all final details.
A 3% processing fee will be applied for in person card payments, a 4% processing fee will be applied for invoice payments, no fee for cash payments.
