Membership Terms and Conditions:

1. Take the utmost care in handling and displaying the selected work;

2. Return the selected work in accordance with the instructions provided by carta;

3. Immediately report to carta any damage to the work and not attempt any repairs of the work;

4. Not make any changes to the work (including, without limitation, any framing of the work or modifications to the existing frame);

5. Not transfer the work to any other party;

6. Be financially responsible to carta for any loss, destruction or damage of the work, including the cost of any repairs deemed necessary by carta; and

7. Be fully responsible for any works selected by any Child members sponsored by such member.
