This agreement outlines the terms, responsibilities, and details required for Sky Trackers LLC to assist in the search and recovery of a lost pet. By signing below, the owner acknowledges and agrees to all conditions outlined and certifies that all information provided is accurate.

Pricing & Payment Terms

$150 initial dispatch fee (non-refundable once travel begins)
$50 recovery fee for locating pet (dead or alive)
$100 per additional hour of search time
$1 per mile outside of 40-mile service radius

Payment is due upon completion of services by Sky Trackers LLC

Safety & Responsibility

The owner must remain at a safe distance during the drone operation
Do not attempt to approach the animal until directed by the pilot
Sky Trackers LLC is not liable for injury, loss, or damage during or after recovery efforts
All operations are subject to FAA regulations and weather conditions

Media and Footage

Sky Trackers LLC reserves the right to capture and use video or photographic content obtained during the recovery operations for promotional, educational, and social media purposes.
