This agreement outlines the terms, responsibilities, and conditions between Sky Trackers LLC and the hunter requestiong drone-based tracking or recovery services. By signing below, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms of service and provides accurate details for the tracking mission.

Pricing & Payment Terms

$150 initial dispatch fee (non-refundable once travel begins)
$50 recovery fee for locating animal (dead or alive)
$100 per additional hour of search time
$1 per mile outside of 40-mile service radius

Payment is due upon completion of services by Sky Trackers LLC

Hunter Responsibilities & Safety

The hunter must clearly mark the last known location or blood sign
No firearms are to be discharged while the drone is in flight
The hunter must maintain a safe distance from the drone during operation
Sky Trackers LLC is not responsible for injuries, property damage, or loss incurred during or after the search
All operations are subject to FAA regulations and weather conditions

Media and Footage

Sky Trackers LLC reserves the right to capture and use video or photographic content obtained during the recovery operations for promotional, educational, and social media purposes.
