We will have Drum, Piano, Bass and Guitar available. If you have other instruments that you want to bring and play, feel free to do so.
By submitting this registration form, the Participant (“I”) acknowledges and agrees to the following:
Voluntary Participation - I understand that my participation in the jam session is voluntary and may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, equipment damage, sound-level exposure, or other unforeseen incidents associated with live music activities.
Assumption of Risk - I voluntarily assume all risks related to my participation, including the use of any musical instruments, equipment, or facilities provided by the venue.
Release of Liability - I hereby waive, release, and discharge the Venue, its owners, management, staff, partners, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of or connected to my participation, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct by the Venue.
Responsibility for Personal Belongings - I understand that I am responsible for my own instruments, gear, and personal belongings. The Venue is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal items.
Equipment Usage & Conduct - I agree to use the venue’s equipment responsibly and follow instructions from the sound engineer or staff. I will be liable for damages caused by misuse or negligence.
Media Consent - I grant the Venue permission to photograph, record, or film my participation for marketing, promotional, and archival purposes without compensation.
Health & Safety - I certify that I am in suitable physical condition to participate and will comply with any health, safety, or conduct rules set by the Venue.
Indemnification - I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Venue and its representatives from any third-party claims arising from my actions during the event.
Music Policy - I understand that this jam session is centered around jazz and its related styles. I agree to respect the musical direction of the event and collaborate in a way that supports the overall jazz-oriented environment.
Jazz variations—including fusion, soul-jazz, Latin-jazz, contemporary jazz, and other adjacent forms—are welcome. However, genres that deviate significantly from jazz roots (e.g., hard rock, metal, EDM, or unrelated pop styles) fall outside the intended scope of the session.
By submitting this form, I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to all terms in this Waiver & Liability Release.
