2026 RTIA Show - Bespoke Furniture Application

Bespoke Furniture reservation refers to either floor space only (no walls) OR select booth/wall options within the 2026 RTIA Show Bespoke Furniture feature. Final configuration of exhibition space is at the sole discretion of RTIA Show management.

Furniture Placement Details

Depending on requirements, machinery and labor can be provided for set up of larger pieces - if required, please include a detailed request below.

2026 Payment Plan

25% deposit due upon acceptance [Nov 2025-Jan 2026]

50% due 1/30/2026 [or upon acceptance for applications submitted after Jan 31, 2026]

100% due 6/30/2026

NOTE: Invoices will be digital and sent via email. All payments may be made online (with WIX processing fee) or via check to avoid processing fee - details will be included with each invoice. No refunds after 1/30/2026.

Space Agreement

Upon acceptance, artists will be required to sign a Space Agreement contract, which will be sent with first invoice. Artists will also be asked to provide appropriate high resolution imagery of work examples for marketing purposes. Marketing materials are expected to be received within two weeks of acceptance.
