Requirements
In accordance with the Indian Arts & Crafts Act Guidelines, FNIP Exhibitors are asked to provide one or both of the following documents: Proof of membership in a federally or state recognized tribe, Copy of Certificate of Indian Blood. This needs to be submitted at the time of application.
Booth Configuration
Booth footprints with the 10'H walls are 10’ deep with 4'W side walls, with back walls available in lengths of 10’, 20’ or 30’. Jewelry booths with the 8'H walls have a depth of 4'.
2026 Payment Plan: All FNIP exhibitors are required to make a non-refundable 50% deposit at time of application and acceptance into the show in order to secure the reservation. The remaining 50% deposit will be due by 6/30/2026. Failure to meet invoice deadlines will result in removal from the 2026 RTIA Show and space reassignment to currently waitlisted FNIP candidates.

NOTE: Invoices will be digital and sent via email. All payments may be made online (with WIX processing fee) or via check to avoid the Wix fee - details will be included with each invoice.
Space Agreement
Upon acceptance, FNIP exhibitors will be required to sign a Space Agreement contract, which will be sent with the first invoice. Artists will also be asked to provide appropriate high resolution imagery of work examples for marketing purposes. Marketing materials are expected to be received within two weeks of acceptance. Please review the 2026 Aesthetic Standards which will be referenced again in the Space Agreement.
