2026 RTIA Show - First Nations, Indigenous Peoples Pavilion

As a key feature of the RTIA Show, exhibitors showing within the First Nations, Indigenous Peoples Pavilion are offered a significantly discounted rate (less 80%) and positioned centrally within the dedicated FNIP Pavilion. Typical FNIP exhibition walls are identical to those offered to Gallery and Studio exhibitors and are 10' high, constructed with 1" x 3" full frames and 3/8" finished plywood on both sizes and painted in white latex paint. Standalone jewelry/small 3D object booths are constructed with 8'H walls - options will be indicated as such in the reservation selection below. Lighting is by overhead truss mounted Par 38 LED flood lights, approximately one light per 4'W panel.

Requirements

In accordance with the Indian Arts & Crafts Act Guidelines, FNIP Exhibitors are asked to provide one or both of the following documents: Proof of membership in a federally or state recognized tribe, Copy of Certificate of Indian Blood. This needs to be submitted at the time of application.

Booth Configuration

Booth footprints with the 10'H walls are 10’ deep with 4'W side walls, with back walls available in lengths of 10’, 20’ or 30’. Jewelry booths with the 8'H walls have a depth of 4'.

2026 Payment Plan: All FNIP exhibitors are required to make a non-refundable 50% deposit at time of application and acceptance into the show in order to secure the reservation. The remaining 50% deposit will be due by 6/30/2026. Failure to meet invoice deadlines will result in removal from the 2026 RTIA Show and space reassignment to currently waitlisted FNIP candidates.

Space Agreement

Upon acceptance, FNIP exhibitors will be required to sign a Space Agreement contract, which will be sent with the first invoice. Artists will also be asked to provide appropriate high resolution imagery of work examples for marketing purposes. Marketing materials are expected to be received within two weeks of acceptance. Please review the 2026 Aesthetic Standards which will be referenced again in the Space Agreement.
