After submitting this Service Request Form,

2KME will review your request and contact you to confirm all details before 2KM Unifom Kit is approved.

Uniform Requirement

All 2 Krazy Mafia Entertainment (“2KME”) members must wear official 2KME apparel whenever representing the brand at:

⁃Car meets, shows, and cruise nights

-All content-creation events (on-location shoots, photoshoots, video production)

⁃Any public appearance where the 2KME logo or name is present

Purchase & Ownership

Uniforms are not included with membership dues.

Once purchased, uniforms are property of the member

Note:Red Dickies shirts are exclusive to Active Core members. 

Eligibility is confirmed at time of purchase and revoked if membership tier is downgraded.

Ordering & Fulfillment

Members may order uniforms via the 2KM Ent App Store or This Form - Include: Member name, tier, kit type (Starter or Full), sizes, and shipping address.

Payment

⁃Accepted methods: Credit/Debit Card or Zelle

-Orders are processed only once full payment is received.

⁃Payment is due in full at the time of order submission or in-person purchase.

Accepted methods for app, online:

⁃Cash and card payments are accepted for in-person purchases from the CEO.

-A payment confirmation notification will be sent within 1 business day of receipt

Processing & Assembly

⁃Order confirmations sent within 2 business days.

⁃Kits assembled and packed within 5 business days of payment.

Pickup

⁃Members must pick up their uniform kit directly from the CEO at a designated location once notified of availability.

⁃Pickup notifications will be sent via email and 2KM App within 2 business days of assembly.

- If pickup is not possible, members may contact 2krazymafia@gmail.com to arrange an alternative delivery method.

Returns & Exchanges

-Exchanges for size or color accepted within 3 days of delivery

⁃To process an exchange, members must return the item in original, unworn condition to the CEO at the pickup location.

⁃Once the returned item is received and inspected (within 3 business days), the replacement kit will be prepared and available for pickup within 7 business days.

⁃If the wrong item was shipped or a manufacturing defect is found, 2KME will cover the replacement at no cost.

⁃No refunds only exchanges.

⁃After the 3 day exchange window, all sales are final.

Grace Period

⁃Members must purchase their first uniform kit within 30 days of their membership activation date.

-Orders placed after the 30 day grace period will be subject to the compliance enforcement
