ENERGY CLEARING ~ PROPERTY

Our home or business location carries the energetic signature or imprint of others who have lived, worked or passed there. Over time, this energy can stagnate or create feelings of anxiety & stress, affecting our mood, sleep, focus, and overall wellbeing of everyone who resides there.

An ENERGY CLEARING of a home or business focuses on 3 areas:

(1) PURIFICATION: Removing negative or stagnant energies as well as any residual energetic imprints or soul fragments from spaces impacted by:

Trauma & abuse
Conflict, toxic relationships & domestic violence
Mental illness
Deep emotional turmoil ~ prolonged grief, loss, anger
Addictions ~ drug/alcohol abuse, gaming, gambling etc
Death, suicide or homicide
Long-term illness

(2) BLESSING: Creating positive intentions by inviting and welcoming the energies of abundance, unconditional love, peace, good health & wellbeing into your home. An offering or gift will be presented to the home as part of the blessing.

(3) PROTECTION: Establishing a framework of protection and energetic boundaries may include invoking a specific guardian, protector or ancestor who will look over your home.

WHEN SHOULD I BOOK THIS SERVICE?

This service is highly recommended:

before moving into a new home or business location, to claim spiritual sovereignty,
when your property has never been spiritually cleansed before,
when you're experiencing paranormal activity in your home or business,
following episodes of conflict, separation/divorce, psychic attack, the evil eye or a string of bad luck ~ to remove energetic interference and reset the energy.

For the purposes of this Release, Waiver & Consent Form, the Term “RELEASEES” shall refer to any and all of the following:

(i) Name of practitioner, facilitator, instructor and teacher: Nigel Eru.

(ii) Name of trader, business, organisation, company, or legal entity: Nigel Wayne Eru.

(iii) The heirs, assigns, successors, employees, volunteers, administrators, facilitators, affiliates, students and/or associates of Nigel Eru and/or Nigel Wayne Eru.

And the term "ENERGY CLEARING" shall refer to any or all of the following services offered by Nigel Eru and/or Nigel Wayne Eru:

(i) Cleansing & Energetic Clearing of Property, Land & Buildings.

(ii) Cleansing & Energetic Clearing of any Portals and Mirrors.

(iii) Cleansing & Clearing of People Residing or Working at the Property.

(iv) Soul Rescue or Soul Retrieval Work.

(v) Energy Healing, Spiritual Healing, Sound Healing, Vibrational Healing.

(vi) Ancestral Lineage Repair Work.

(vii) The Blessing of Property, Land & Buildings.

(viii) Renegotiation of Spiritual Contracts placed over the Property, Land & Buildings

(ix) Establishing a Framework of Boundaries & Protection.

(x) Onsite Training & Education related to ongoing maintenance.

(xi) Resources ~ Notes, handouts, karakia/prayers

This Disclaimer, Release & Waiver is a requirement of my Energy Therapies Association Membership, Healthcare Professionals Civil Liability Insurance, and may include Public Liability Insurance Cover, for any external training facilities or venues used, in connection to ENERGY CLEARING services offered.

Please read the TERMS carefully before filling in your information and signing the Disclaimer, Release & Waiver below.

ESTIMATION OF COSTS:

My standard rate is $200 per hour, with a minimum booking of two (2) hours ($400).

Additional Charges will include:

Travel expenses/ Uber
Additional time used beyond the minimum of 2 hours.
Materials used onsite

NOTE:

Travel costs within inner Melbourne are calculated using standard Uber rates.
The two-hour minimum charge includes travel time only.
A $200 deposit is required for inner-city Melbourne bookings to confirm your appointment, with the remaining balance payable on the day once the work is completed.
Regional Victoria and interstate bookings may require a higher deposit to cover additional travel and accommodation costs. This will be advised at the time of confirming your booking.
Larger commercial premises may require two practitioners, depending on the size of the property and number of staff onsite.

Crystal gridding is available at an additional cost and can be discussed during the site visit.

MENTAL HEALTH DISCLAIMER:

I understand that if I, or anyone residing or working at the property have any mental health conditions such as, but not being limited to anxiety, depression, addictions, schizophrenia, bi-polar, epilepsy, ADHD or PTSD, that I must advise the RELEASEES before the start of any ENERGY CLEARING services I participate in, purchase or procure.

I certify that I, or anyone residing or working at the property have consulted with health care providers regarding any condition (physical, mental, or emotional) that could interfere with my judgment or affect my/their wellness in any way during or after any of the ENERGY CLEARING services I participate in, purchase or procure.

I understand and acknowledge that I, or anyone residing or working at the property are responsible for consulting any health care providers or doctors related to any medical or mental health problems.

PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY:

I also understand that even though I maybe accepted as a client or customer, I am responsible for any consequences resulting from any of the ENERGY CLEARING services I have attended, participated in, purchased or procured.

I understand a lower age limit of 18 years applies to all ENERGY CLEARING services offered, and that if minors younger than 18 years reside or work at the property, an older guardian must be present during the ENERGY CLEARING.

I understand that if the property is rented, it is my responsibility to advise the rental agency or landlord prior to attending, participated in, purchasing or procuring any ENERGY CLEARING services.

Furthermore, I understand that any ENERGY CLEARING services I have attended, purchased or procured, have not intended to create, nor does it establish a client-practitioner relationship or any other type of therapeutic or professional relationship between me, and the RELEASEES.

WARRANTIES & GUARANTIES:

The RELEASEES make no warranty, guarantee, or claim that I will experience any particular state of awareness or consciousness during or after an ENERGY CLEARING service I attend, participate in, purchase or procure.

RELEASES, INDEMNITIES & DISCLAIMERS:

In my personal name, and that of my heirs and assignees, I exonerate totally and indefinitely release the relinquishes of any suit, complaint, declaration, damage, cost and/or expense of any kind; and that any such prosecution, complaint, declaration, damage, cost and/or expense is caused by the passive or active negligence of the RELEASEES or otherwise, in connection to, or resulting from any ENERGY CLEARING services I have participated in, purchased or procured.

You agree to release Nigel Eru and/or Nigel Eru Medium and its employees, volunteers, administrators, facilitators, affiliates, and/or associates from any liability resulting from or connected to any ENERGY CLEARING services I have participated in, purchased or procured.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the RELEASEES from any claims, including the expense of litigation, associated with your participation in any ENERGY CLEARING services I have participated in, purchased or procured; including any charges made by third parties.

Since any ENERGY CLEARING services I have participated in, purchased or procured, are experiential and the extent of any ENERGY CLEARING risks and benefits are not fully known, I agree to assume and accept full and complete responsibility for any known and unknown risks associated with my participation in any ENERGY CLEARING, including any physical injury, psychological or emotional effects, death, loss, or property damage.

I understand and acknowledge that by participating in or purchasing any ENERGY CLEARING services, I do so, at my own risk, and it is with this understanding that I voluntarily sign this waiver.

PREPARATION:

Here's a list of items you'll need to organise before or on the day of the ENERGY CLEARING ~

(i) Your home will need to be cleaned & decluttered thoroughly before the ENERGY CLEARING session. This is standard practice with any purification work because dirty and cluttered environments are more likely to attract and hold negative energies. This is especially important when you move into a new home as the energy of the previous inhabitants will be present.

(ii) A representative of the home/property will need to be present during the ENERGY CLEARING session.

(ii) Please ensure any children, loved ones or pets are safely contained and protected from smoke inhalation during the ENERGY CLEARING.

(iii) Please advise on the location of any smoke alarms as these will need to be deactivated during the smudging & smoke cleansing.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

When you book this service, you're holding space in my calendar that's no longer available to other customers. If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, I require 1 weeks notice. Cancellations received 1 weeks or more in advance of your booking will not incur any fees, and you'll receive a 100% refund. If you cancel within the 1 week window your deposit will not be refunded.

NOTE ~ For Regional Victoria or Interstate clients ~ you will be liable for travel or accomodation fees incurred as a result of you cancelling or rescheduling your booking.
