Once approved, you will receive an Order Number, Invoice & Packing List via email.
You must then print a copy of your Packing List and include it in your packaging

Cards are packed securely with padding for shipping
You have filled out this form accurately
You have paid your deposit
You will write your Order Number clearly on the package
