Elevation Mastermind Agreement

I commit to the full 8-month transformational journey. While I understand there may be occasions when I cannot attend a session, I commit to staying engaged with the program, catching up on any missed content, and maintaining my financial commitment regardless of attendance. I acknowledge that support systems are in place to help me stay connected and receive key teachings even if I miss a session.*

I understand the payment terms: Initial payment of AED 2,950 is due immediately upon signing to secure my place (Early Bird Price), followed by monthly payments of AED 2,950 due on the 1st of each month from November 1st, 2025 through May 1st, 2026. If registering after October 23, the regular price of AED 3,450 applies for initial and monthly payments. I understand that upon submitting this agreement, I will be immediately directed to a payment page reflecting my selected payment option.*

I understand and agree to the confidentiality terms: All conversations, materials, and personal disclosures within the mastermind are confidential. I will not share, record, or reproduce any content outside the container. I acknowledge that Dr. Rita Lustgarten reserves the right to ask any participant to leave the program if their behavior is deemed harmful or disruptive to other participants, with no refund provided.*

I understand and agree that all payments are non-refundable. Once committed to the program, I acknowledge that I am responsible for the full program investment regardless of my participation or completion.*

I acknowledge and agree to protect all intellectual property shared during the mastermind. All materials, methodologies, frameworks, and content remain the exclusive property of Dr. Rita Lustgarten and Women on the Leading Edge, Inc. and may not be reproduced, shared, or used commercially without explicit written permission.*
