This Media Release & Usage Waiver (“Agreement”) is entered into between BrandU Creations (“Photographer/Designer/Videographer”) and the undersigned (“Client”).

1. Grant of Permission

   The Client grants BrandU Creations and its representatives, agents, and assigns the irrevocable, perpetual, and unrestricted right to use, reproduce, publish, distribute, display, and create derivative works from any photographs, videos, or graphic designs produced by BrandU Creations for the Client.

2. Permitted Uses

   The works may be used in, but are not limited to:

   • Company website, portfolio, and marketing materials

   • Social media platforms and digital advertising

   • Print advertising, brochures, and other promotional content

   • Editorial, educational, or trade-related purposes

3. No Additional Compensation

   The Client acknowledges that no additional compensation, beyond the original service fee, will be provided for the use of the works as described above.

4. Ownership of Work

   Unless otherwise agreed in writing, BrandU Creations retains the copyright and intellectual property rights to all works created. The Client receives a license to use the works for personal and/or agreed-upon commercial purposes, but such license is non-exclusive and does not restrict BrandU Creation’s right to use the works.

5. Release of Liability

   The Client releases and discharges BrandU Creations from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action related to the use of the works as permitted under this Agreement.

6. Governing Law

   This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
