You will have the opportunity to dance in Carolina Youth Ballet’s Cinderella!

Your rehearsal schedule will be posted on the CYB Board and e-mailed to you shortly!

Please complete this form and submit payment NO LATER THAN JANUARY 15^th. The fee is $145.00 This includes a digital video download of the performance.

Additional child fee is $100. There is no digital download fee.

Your rehearsals will begin on Friday Jan 16^th or Saturday Jan 17th!

You must attend all your scheduled rehearsals at the studio and

the Mandatory Dress Rehearsal on Friday April 24^th

at the Martin Marietta Center for the Performing Arts, downtown Raleigh.

You will perform on Sat April 25^th

Costume Requirements:

Parent's Responsibility-

Your child will need a flesh colored camisole leotard to wear under her costume(s), along with tights and ballet shoes.
