General Release and Agreement

In consideration of my participation with Adrienne Primrose, EGC, "Blissful Existence Healing Acres", their animals and their affiliates for any activities, programs, services, or events of any kind. I hereby generally release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless:

Adrienne Primrose, EGC, "Blissful Existence Healing Acres”, their animals, their agents, employees, assistants, independent contractors and co-sponsors and their affiliates, of any liability whatsoever related to my participation with the “Blissful Existence Healing Acres” activities, programs, services, or events of any kind as well as any of their affiliates. I execute this release with the express intention of effecting any legal consequences provided by Pennsylvania Liability Release, that is, the release of all liability associated with participating with Adrienne Primrose, EGC, "Blissful Existence Healing Acres”, activities, programs, services, or events of any kind. This letter of agreement shall constitute the full and complete understanding between the parties and shall supersede any prior or contemporaneous representations or agreements, oral or written. This agreement shall be interpreted pursuant to and governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. If any action at law or equity is brought to enforce any of the terms of this agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to actual attorney's fees and costs. It is agreed that the venue for any such action at law is the City of East Stroudsburg, and County of Monroe, Pennsylvania. No assignment of this agreement is permitted and any attempt to assign all or any rights, obligations or duties granted under this agreement shall be null and void.

I may participate in classes or services during which I will receive information and instruction about meditation. I recognize that I may also choose to do physical movement, such as sitting and standing meditation. I represent and warrant that I have no physical or mental health condition that would prevent my safe participation in meditation circles.

TERM OF AGREEMENT

This Agreement and Release shall remain in full force and effect for a period of one (1) year from the date it is signed by the participant. Upon expiration, the participant must execute a new agreement and release in order to continue participating in activities, programs, services, or events offered by Blissful Existence Healing Acres.

By submitting this form, you acknowledge your intent to participate in activities and agree to follow all posted rules, safety instructions, and staff guidance. You understand that participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
