6-Month Media Release Contract

Between:

• Flash Me Photography (Photographers: Main - Lacy Walker & Second Shooter - Derek Smith)

• Model (Participant of Reign BE-YOU-TIFULY)

1. Purpose

This agreement allows Flash Me Photography to use photos taken of the Model during scheduled photo shoots with Reign Be-you-tifuly within the 6-month term of this contract. This usage helps both the Model and Photographer build their professional portfolios.

2. Grant of Rights

The Model grants Flash Me Photography the right to use any photos or videos captured during shoots within this 6-month agreement period for the following purposes (without further compensation):

• Social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter/X, etc.)

• Official websites and blogs

• Printed materials and promotional products

• Advertising and marketing campaigns

• Online or print publications and portfolios

3. Arrival & Time Policy

• Clients must arrive makeup and outfit ready at least 10 minutes before their scheduled time slot.

• Late arrivals will result in reduced shooting time and sessions will not be extended.

4. Release of Liability

• Outdoor Sessions: Any location may involve natural hazards such as uneven terrain, rocks, water, mud, insects, and weather conditions. Client participates at their own risk and understands that outdoor sessions may require walking, climbing, or positioning near natural elements.

• Indoor Sessions: Any location may involve other hazards such as uneven flooring, obstacles, cords, furniture, or lighting equipment. Client participates at their own risk.

• General Release: Flash Me Photography assumes no responsibility for any injuries, accidents, or health conditions that may occur before, during, or after the photo session. Client releases Flash Me Photography, its photographers, assistants, and affiliates from all liability related to personal injury, accidents, or property damage.

• Posing: Posing is done at the Client’s own risk and within their own body’s capabilities. If there is a pose the Client is uncomfortable with or unable to perform, they must inform the Photographer immediately.

5. Personal Property

Flash Me Photography is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings, including but not limited to clothing, accessories, props, or electronics.

6. Rescheduling Policy

In the event of severe weather, rescheduling will be determined by Flash Me Photography and/or Reign Be-you-tifuly.

7. Credit & Tagging

Whenever Flash Me Photography posts content featuring the Model, credit will be given to Reign Be-you-tifuly and/or the Model when appropriate.

The Model agrees that any time they share or post a photo taken by Flash Me Photography, they will tag Flash Me Photography as the photographer. If you need links or # Message/Email me

8. Term and Use of Photos:

This release is valid for six (6) months from the date signed below.

Any photos taken during this period are covered under this agreement, and the Photographer retains the right to publish, print, or otherwise use these photos at any time, even after the six-month term has ended.

9. Monthly Fee & Group Photo Shoots

• The monthly fee paid to Reign Be-you-tifuly (Michaela Camden) covers the cost of Flash Me Photography services.

• Each Model is guaranteed one (1) group photo shoot per month for the duration of their six-month contract.

• These photo shoots are planned group events. If the Model does not attend, they forfeit their spot, and the Photographer will still be compensated for that space.

• If there are any additional fees for certain shoots, Michaela Camden will notify Models ahead of time.

10. Private Shoots & Discounts

• During the six-month contract term, Models may schedule a one-on-one private photo shoot with Flash Me Photography at a discounted rate.

• Models under contract will also receive a discount on digital prints and products purchased during the six-month period only.

11. Acknowledgment

By signing this release, the Model (or Parent/Guardian if under 18) acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms listed above.
