1.0 CLOSURE FOR SCHOOL HOLIDAYS & PUBLIC HOLIDAYS ~

2.0 URGENT PSYCHIC READINGS: $315/45mins
~ 45mins psychic reading only. Does not include mediumship.
~ Can include an area of life e.g., career, finances, relationships, wellness etc.
~ To review a ‘specific’ relationship, bring pics of the other person(s), pics on your phone is fine.
~ Managed 'in person' or via 'zoom' only, excludes 'phone' or 'email' readings.
~ All services offered are strictly 1:1, additional people cannot attend.
~ A lower age limit of 18yrs applies to all services offered.
~ Your mental health must be stable and balanced.
~ Payment required within 24hrs to confirm the booking.
~ No refunds or cancellations.
~ Recordings are not permitted.

3.0 MEDIUMSHIP READINGS ARE NOT AVAILABLE.
Mediumship readings are not available as urgent readings and are restricted to VIP clients only. If you're a new client wanting a mediumship reading please find another practitioner.
A mediumship is a reading where we contact and communicate with our LOVED ONES in the Spirit world who have passed.
4.0 URGENT HEALING: $315/45mins
~ 45mins healing session can include: energy healing, spiritual healing, solfeggio sound healing and crystal healing.
~ Health waiver & consent form required prior to your appointment.
~ Managed 'in person' only.
~ All services offered are strictly 1:1, additional people cannot attend.
~ A lower age limit of 18yrs applies to all services offered.
~ Please refrain from coffee, alcohol and recreational drugs 48hrs prior to your appointment.
~ Payment required within 24hrs to confirm the booking.
~ No refunds or cancellations.
~ Recordings are not permitted.

5.0 ENERGY CLEARING SESSION (INDIVIDUAL): $630/90mins
An energy clearing administers the removal and containment of energetic interference (boundary violations arising from etheric attachments) and/or spiritual intrusions (ancestral/karmic curses), and facilitates ancestral lineage repair work. This includes:
(i) Management of unhealed/unwell ancestors & the troubled dead
(ii) Removal of negative energies from psychic attack & the evil eye
(iii) Removal of energetic/etheric attachments
(iv) Removal of negative thought forms
(v) Removal of hooks & chords from toxic relationships
(vi) Uplifting/rewriting spiritual contracts (or curses)
(vii) Addressing family patterns on the bloodline
(viii) Cleansing/clearing, aligning & balancing of the chakra system
(ix) Closing tares & loop-holes in the auric field
(x) Establishing boundaries of protection

6.0 HEALTH WAIVER & INFORMED CONSENT:
An online waiver & informed consent must be completed prior to any healing session or energy clearing session. This is a professional requirement as part of my ENERGY THERAPIES ASSOCIATION membership and for insurance purposes.
7.0 PAYMENT TERMS:
My preferred payment method is via bank transfer. I generally allow 24hrs for your payment to be processed. I will ask you to provide a payment receipt as proof of payment. If your payment is not received within 24hrs your booking will be canceled and made available to other customers. NOTE: Paylinks will be provided for international customers only.
8.0 COOLING~OFF PERIOD:
Within the first 10 minutes of any session, either you or I may choose to end the session for any reason, with a full refund provided.
I reserve the right to stop a session if safety, health, or well-being concerns arise, including mental health issues. Additionally, any behaviour that is disrespectful or disruptive will result in immediate termination of the session. Likewise, you are always free to end the session if you feel uncomfortable. Mutual respect and safety are our priorities.
9.0 ARRIVING EARLY OR LATE:
All sessions are scheduled for a fixed start and finish time. Clients are asked to arrive or log in no more than 5 minutes early to allow appropriate preparation and transition between sessions.
Arriving significantly early does not guarantee earlier access to the session space, nor does it extend your booked time. Please note that early arrivals may be required to wait until the scheduled start time.
If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time, and no additional time will be added. This ensures fairness to all clients and preserves the integrity of the practitioner’s schedule.
If you are running late, a minimum of 60 minutes’ notice is required. Clients who arrive more than 5 minutes late without sufficient notice may have their session shortened, rescheduled, or forfeited, at the practitioner’s discretion. Late arrivals or 'no shows' are not eligible for a refund.
10.0 EXTENDING THE DURATION OF YOUR READING:
This only applies to customers who want to pursue additional areas of interest in their session. If you decide to extend your session beyond the allocated 45mins, additional time will be charged out at a rate of $100 per 15mins. Please note, your session can only be extended if there is available space/time in my calendar.
