I am solely responsible for my participation in all Runninghour activities, including ensuring that I am in proper condition to participate in such activities. I will indemnify and hold harmless Runninghour for any and all liabilities and damages of any kind or nature whatsoever arising directly or indirectly from my participation in Runninghour activities.*
